Making the decision to get married is one of the most significant commitments in life and it’s worth taking the time to explore it with intention. Pre-marital counselling creates a space for you and your partner to slow down, communicate openly, and make sure you’re on the same page before stepping into marriage.

As a first-generation South Asian woman, I understand how layered this process can be. Many of us carry unspoken cultural expectations, family dynamics, and beliefs about what marriage “should” look like but may not always feel we have the space to unpack them. I care deeply about creating a space where couples can talk honestly about the kind of relationship they want to build, not just the one they think they should have.

Pre-marital work isn’t about fixing problems, it’s about strengthening your foundation. Together, we’ll explore values, communication styles, conflict, boundaries, finances, intimacy, and any other themes that feel important to you as a couple. The goal is for you both to feel more prepared, confident, and aligned in the life you're choosing to build together.
