I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #23446) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals in crisis, supporting them through major life and relationship transitions in both advocacy and counselling settings.
My heart lies in walking alongside you through life’s challenges. I draw from a blend of humanistic, person-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and evidence-based approaches to support your personal growth and help you create the life you want to live.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions, and couples work through relationship challenges, and the desire for deeper connection. Whether you're preparing for marriage or working through long-standing patterns in your relationship, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to help you communicate more openly, understand each other more deeply, and build a relationship rooted in respect and authenticity.
I believe that, deep down, you already know the kind of life you want even if it doesn’t feel within reach right now. Change is not only possible but often sparked by the very experiences that shake us. In our work together, I will gently challenge you to find your footing, gain new perspectives, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you value while compassionately letting go of what no longer serves you.
Together, we’ll build a strong foundation and explore the beliefs, patterns, and narratives that may be holding you back so you can move toward the life you envision.
I bring compassion, humor, humility, and integrity into the counselling space. Sometimes we’ll laugh, sometimes we’ll cry but above all, we will grow.
I’m currently not accepting new clients or responding to inquiries at this time. I plan to reopen my practice in late 2026 or early 2027. I appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check back closer to that time for updates.
Wishing you well on your journey and hope we meet soon.
