Your appointment is reserved just for you, but things can come up. I request that you provide at minimum 24-hours notice for cancelling by phone or email otherwise you will be charged the full fee for the session. For any missed appointments or late cancellations, payment must be made before your next session.

You can provide payment via major credit cards and detailed receipts will be given at the end of your session via email. Your card will be charged at the end of our session, but you are welcome to provide payment before our session.

Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that services offered by a Registered Clinical Counsellors are covered. It is important that you check this ahead of time to avoid any surprises.
After our session, you can provide a copy of receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
